Disclosure

First of all, this blog is a representation of our family, my personal opinions and thoughts of products that I have either purchased myself, received as gifts from friends and family or as complimentary items sent to me from specific companies. Those that have been provided by companies I will disclose in my blog post something to the affect of “I received a complimentary X in exchange for a review.” Or “This is a sponsored post,” or “This post is brought to you by your friends at…” if it happens to be a paid advertisement or editorial. Receiving complimentary products does not sway my opinion. I try to be as positive about a product as I can, but I also make note of negative aspects that I observe, if there are any. I have to admit that I am usually pretty easy to please, but it is my goal to give you an honest review of each product listed on this blog.

Effective December 1st, 2009, affliate links will be disclosed either in our sidebars or if they are with in a post, it will be written at the top of the post with this disclosure, “This post contains an affiliate link from XXX.” Or something to that affect.

It will take me some time to go back and write disclosures on the sponsored and affiliate links that were posted before December 1st, 2009. There are not many of those though.

I ask that you do your own research and not just go by my opinion about any spiritual matters or products that I write about. Be like the Bereans in scriptures and search God’s Word for yourself. We all have different beliefs, tastes, ideas and opinions. If you read this blog, you are agreeing that you will not hold me responsible for your choices about spiritual matters or products you choose to purchase or companies you choose to associate and buy from. I am just a human being and am not all-knowing or perfect. It is with this knowledge that you accept full responsibility for your decisions, beliefs and purchases of any product you see and like on this blog.

In reading and taking part in discussions on Faith and Family Blog, you agree not to hold any of our readers responsible for your own actions resulting from their recommendations or statements. Be wise and discerning. We like to have our readers participate by commenting, but we ask that comments be honoring to the Lord. You are free to disagree, but do so in an edifying way, “Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.” Ephesians 4:29 in the King James Version of the Bible.

Thank you for your understanding and compliance with this disclosure,
Theresa
